Our Story

Being able to work together while fulfilling our passion to take stunning photography is a dream come true. Before attending Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara to study photography, we each worked for a portrait company. We met while we were both attending school, fell in love, and started working together in 2004. As a husband and wife team, we complement each other and build upon each other’s strengths. Coming together to create something exquisite and that will be cherished forever warms our hearts.

Our Passion
Seeing couples during one of the best days in their lives is a blessing. Capturing truly romantic and beautiful moments is a touching experience for us each and every time. Photography is definitely a fun industry to work in, as well as rewarding. We know that we are giving our clients photos that they will always treasure. Photos spark our most precious memories and we are overjoyed to be a part of creating that legacy.

Our Approach
We strongly believe that trust is one of the most important aspects in our relationship with clients. Getting to know you so that you can have fun and relax while we capture true emotion is our main focus. Our photography is a harmonious blend of styles from contemporary photography to photojournalism. We find the most beautiful light, creative angles, charming candid shots, and everything that makes your wedding or event special. For weddings, we enjoy splitting up before the ceremony to spend individual time with the bride and the groom to capture those unique and sentimental moments to complete your beautiful love story.

I grew up mostly in California and Colorado, so having either the ocean or the mountains near me is a must. We have a two year old daughter who I absolutely adore. She is a constant source of joy, and has brought me a new sense of importance of photography. I can't imagine not capturing the sweet moments we share together. I love to travel. It has opened my eyes to so many things, people, culture and how we all love in the same way.
My parents moved to the US in the 1970's from northern Italy, so I grew up visiting relatives there often. My family is a big part of my life and has influenced me greatly. Both of my parents instilled in me a love of travel, and often to mountainous areas. After graduating from Boston College, I wasn't quite sure what to do with my life, so I moved to Telluride, Colorado. In order to get a free mountain pass, I applied for a job as a portrait photographer. A friend of mine trained me, and I haven't put my camera down since. I decided to go to Brooks Institute to get more formal training, and haven't looked back. Now, I live in San Diego and can't imagine living anywhere else.
